In his first year he was named Burgdorff ERA's Rising Star, an award given to the top 4% of new agents within the entire company. Since that point, he has continued to play an instrumental role in the success of the Summit Office through his own personal success and his selection to help represent his peers on both the Managerial Advisory Committee and heading the Statistics Committee.
