As part of our extensive relocation program, Burgdorff ERA provides Personal Move Counselors ­­ to make your transition as convenient and complete as possible. One of our experienced relocation coordinators will be assigned to work with each of your relocating employees through the entire process, all the while working within the parameters of benefits and policies established by your corporation.

Specifically what does a Move Counselor do?

• Administer your relocation policy and manage the move in its entirety.
• Conduct personal needs assessments of each relocating individual.
• Manage policy exceptions and special requests.
• Maintain awareness of client's cost containment.
• Be available to address the concerns and questions of every employee.
